Physical Laboratory: This section is equipped to perform physical and mechanical tests such as determining compressive and flexural strength, grain size distribution of raw materials and cement, measuring air permeability in cement by the Blaine method, and more, according to the latest versions of ASTM, ISIRI, and EN standards.
The section is equipped with mixers and devices for measuring compressive and flexural strengths from ToniTechnic (Germany), as well as whiteness testers from Konica Minolta (Japan), among other equipment.
X-Ray Laboratory: This section utilizes one of the most advanced X-ray devices in the world from ARL, which is capable of simultaneously analyzing 10 elements of raw materials, clinker, and cement.
Warehouse Unit Introduction:
The Warehouse Unit consists of 4 covered warehouses with an approximate area of 4,000 square meters, an open space of approximately 5,000 square meters, and about 6,000 square meters of warehouse space for waste materials.
The focus of activities and the highest volume of items, including spare parts, capital goods, oils, and iron materials, are located in the central warehouse section (two adjacent warehouses) and the surrounding open spaces.
Other warehouse sections include the bagging warehouse (for storing product packaging materials) and Refractory Warehouse 1 and Refractory Warehouse 2 (for storing refractory concrete and bricks).
Currently, approximately 15,500 warehouse codes are defined in the company’s warehouse system, of which around 6,000 items are present in stock.
The responsibility for registering purchase requests, receiving, inspecting, storing, and delivering goods lies with the central warehouse personnel, and all these processes are recorded by the integrated management system.
All unloading, storing of goods (light, heavy, and extra-heavy), and handling are carried out by warehouse personnel using auxiliary equipment such as overhead cranes, drum lifters, plate lifters, and in collaboration with forklifts.
Key Warehouse Activities:
The central warehouse operates under the Integrated Management System, by Hamkaran System (currently being updated to the Integrated Management System, Rahkaran System).
