In Neyriz White Cement Company, the environmental department has been established since 2010 and has officially started its activities in the field of environmental protection and implementation of environmental projects and activities based on the laws and regulations of the Environmental Protection Organization and also the corrective action plan of Fars Khuzestan Holding.

Implementation of the self-declaration plan (Note 4, Article 11 of the Clean Air Law):

All environmental parameters are measured according to the latest edition of the organization’s monitoring guidelines (May 2018) once every three months by the organization’s trusted company, and according to the measurements made during three periods this year, all parameters were standard.

Preparing and implementing the environmental education program and playing the role of social responsibilities

The five-year training calendar has been provided to the training unit in the three departments of employees, experts, and general education and culture building is being carried out on various occasions, and the most important activities carried out this year are as follows:

Conducting training courses at the level of employees and experts (conducting a training course on filtration management, conducting a training course to familiarize yourself with the requirements of ISO14001(2015))

Consecutively from the General Department of Environmental Protection of the province, as well as obtaining the position of green industry in 2014, 2016 and 2017 are proof of this.

Neyriz White Cement Company laboratory with the aim of conducting tests related to all types of cement; While using expert and capable human resources and modern laboratory equipment, in connection with the set goals and policies and in order to put:

“Comprehensive quality, validity of test results, compliance with international standards”

At the top of his activities, through the creation and implementation of the laboratory quality management system based on international standards and professional principles of laboratory activities, he succeeded in obtaining the ISO / IEC 17025:2005 laboratory qualification certificate from the National Center for Standards and Industrial Research of Iran, the European CE certificate from dedal Bulgaria and the ISO 9001:2015 standard from IMQ Italy, which has brought quality and satisfaction to our respected customers.

The quality control laboratory of Nireez White Cement Factory consists of four sections as follows:

1- Prototyping unit:

In order to prepare a prototype for other parts of the laboratory, this department is established as a basic department using quality and modern prototyping equipment, including jaw and disc crushers, HERZOG disc mill and press, and FRITSCH ball mill. .. to prepare mining samples, raw materials, furnace feed, clinker and production cement.

2- Chemistry laboratory

This department is able to test and measure the elements of cement and raw materials by chemical method and according to the latest edition of ASTM, ISIRI and EN standards. Tests on delivered clinker and cement are done on a daily and routine basis in this department.

3- Physics laboratory

This department is able to perform physical and mechanical tests, including determination of compressive and bending strength, grading of raw materials and cement, measurement of air permeability in cement by Blain method, etc., in accordance with the latest edition of ASTM, ISIRI and EN standards.

This department is equipped with mixer devices and measuring compressive and bending resistances from ToniTechnic, Germany, as well as Konica Minolta whiteness meter from Japan, etc.

4- X-Ray laboratory

This department uses one of the most advanced X-Ray machines in the world from ARL; It has the ability of simultaneous chemical analysis of 10 elements of raw materials, raw materials and cement.

Unit introduction:

The storage unit consists of 4 covered sheds with an area of ​​approximately 4000 square meters and open space with an area of ​​approximately 5000 square meters and about 6000 square meters of waste storage space.

The concentration of activities and the largest amount of goods, including spare parts, capital goods, oils and hardware, is in the central warehouse shed (two joined together) and the open spaces around it.

Other storage sheds include envelope storage shed (place for product packaging), fireproof storage shed 1, and fireproof storage shed 2 (concrete and firebrick storage shed).

Currently, about 15,500 warehouse codes are defined in the company’s warehouse system, of which about 6,000 items are available in the warehouse.

The central warehouse personnel are responsible for registering the purchase request, receiving, controlling, storing and delivering the goods, and all these processes are recorded by the integrated management system.

All unloading and storage of goods (light, heavy and extra heavy) are done by the warehouse personnel using auxiliary equipment such as hall overhead crane, barrel grabber, sheet grabber and with the cooperation of a forklift.

The main actions of the warehouse:

1- The activity of the central warehouse is under the integrated management system of management, system partners. (Updating to the integrated management system, system solutions)

2- Warehouse rotation and audit has been done every year with minimal discrepancy in inventory measurement.

3- Order in its warehouse and compliance with the new principles and standards of its warehouse is one of the strong points of Siman Sefid Neyriz Cement Company.

The duties of this unit continue from the production and manufacturing stages of the product until the product reaches the end customer and even after that.
